Is Owly only for photographers or designers?
Not at all. Owly works for any Indian service business — photographers, interior designers, developers, architects, consultants, coaches, event planners, and more. If you send invoices and manage clients, Owly is for you.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. The Free plan requires no card at all. You get access to leads, clients, projects, and basic invoicing — for as long as you want. Upgrade only when you need more.
Does Owly support proper GST invoicing?

Yes. Every invoice supports line items with automatic GST calculation (CGST, SGST, IGST). Your GSTIN is stored in your business profile and pre-filled on every invoice you send.
Do my clients need to create an account?

No. When you send a proposal, contract, or invoice, your client gets a secure link they open directly — no login, no password, no friction. They can review, approve, and digitally sign right from that page.
Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?

Yes. No lock-in, no cancellation fee. Downgrade to the Free plan at any time — your data stays safe and accessible. We'll even remind you before your next billing cycle.
How secure is my business data on Owly?

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with encrypted fields on servers in India. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for their own use. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Can I import my existing clients and data?

Yes. You can bulk-import clients via CSV. We're also working on direct imports from common tools. If you need help migrating from a specific tool, just drop us a message — we'll help you set it up.
What payment methods can my clients use?

Owly supports UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and wallets via our payment gateway integration. Clients pay directly from the invoice link — no manual follow-ups needed.
