• Business data you enter: leads, client records, proposals, contracts, invoices, project details, and reports
• Payment information (processed by our payment gateway — we do not store card or UPI details)
• Communications you send us via email or support

Information collected automatically:

• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of access
• Device information: operating system, screen resolution
• Usage data: features used and actions taken within the platform
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Create and manage your account
• Process payments and send billing-related communications
• Send transactional emails such as account verification and invoice confirmations
• Send product updates and offers — you can opt out at any time

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure. Use a strong, unique password for your Owly.in account.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and business data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal or regulatory compliance — GST records, for example, must be retained for 8 years under Indian law.

You may request an export of your data before deleting your account by writing to hello@owly.in.
